City Warehouse North is ideally located on 10th Street in Plano, approximately .5 miles east of I-75 and approximately 1.0 mile north of George Bush Turnpike. Interstate 75 is the city’s primary north/south thoroughfare while 635 and George Bush Turnpike are Dallas’ primary east/west roadways.

The Property’s proximity to downtown Plano and the all major thoroughfares offers access to all parts of Dallas, as well as destinations throughout Texas and surrounding states. North Dallas offers an excellent location for easy access and transportation. Numerous major roadways and rail lines are located in the immediate area and Dallas/Fort Worth’s airports are only minutes away.
