City Warehouse is ideally located on I-30, approximately 3.0 miles east of I-45/I-30 interchange and approximately 4.5 miles east of the I-35/I-30 interchange. Interstate 30 is the city’s primary east/west thoroughfare while I-45 and I-35 are Dallas’ primary north/south roadways.

The Property’s proximity to downtown Dallas and the interchange of all major thoroughfares offers access to all parts of Dallas, as well as destinations throughout Texas and surrounding states. East Dallas offers an excellent location for easy access and transportation. Numerous major roadways and rail lines are located in the immediate area and Dallas/Fort Worth’s airports are only minutes away.
